1. Delivery Policy (Bangladesh)

  • Delivery Coverage: We deliver all over Bangladesh.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Dhaka City: 2-3 working days

    • Outside Dhaka: 3-5 working days

  • Delivery Charges:

    • Inside Dhaka: ৳70

    • Outside Dhaka: ৳130

  • Delivery Partner: We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.

2. Return & Refund Policy

At Rain Corporation, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • Return Eligibility:

    • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Damaged, broken, or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Non-returnable Items:

    • Opened or used cosmetics.

    • Products without original packaging or seal.

  • Refund Process:

    • Refund will be processed after product inspection.

    • Refund will be made via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within 7 working days.

  • Exchange Option: Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund for eligible products.

3. Order Policy

  • Order Placement:

    • Orders can be placed through our website, Facebook page, or customer service hotline.

    • Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and address.

  • Order Confirmation:

    • All orders are confirmed via phone call or SMS before processing.

    • If the customer is unreachable, the order may be delayed or canceled.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders across Bangladesh.

  • Prepayment Option: Customers may choose to prepay via bKash/Nagad/Bank.

  • Order Cancellation:

    • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

    • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
